| I want to thank you for everything that Kathi and your staff did to make the Winters Family Reunion on July 25-27 in Branson a huge success. The Grand Oaks Hotel was the ideal location to host our family reunion. We had family members from India, Maryland, Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa, Florida and Texas attend the reunion this year. Everything went off efficiently and without any problems. Our group was very appreciative of the banquet meal, extended continental breakfast, hospitality suite and meeting rooms that you arranged for us. It was indeed a pleasure to turn things over to you and your staff, allowing everyone to really enjoy our stay in Branson. A special thanks to Jason for all his help. On behalf of the entire Winters family, I thank you. I will recommend the Grand Oaks Hotel to all those planning to visit your part of the country. |

| Our family spent 3 days with you during the Thanksgiving holiday. There was 10 of us and we all enjoyed the convenient rooms, friendly staff, breakfast, & the pool . It was a relaxing trip. Hope we can do it again. |

| We were surprised when we entered our room of the cleanliness and accomodations. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. The bathroom was clean and love the jacuzzi tub, very large and relaxing. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN ROOMS, PLENTY OF TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHS IN ROOM. VERY QUITE. | I think this year we had one of the best Branson trips ever. The indoor pool was a big hit with our families and it gave them some time to get acquainted with each other. That is one of the things we hope that the trips accomplishes, so that they have other families they can share concerns and questions with. The pool was a perfect place for them to do just that in a relaxed setting while the kids were having a ball in the pool. Your generosity on behalf of our pediatric cancer patients and their families is greatly appreciated. Thanks to the very kind staff at the Grand Oaks Hotel. |
